Return and Refund Policy

At Sophie & Marc Toronto, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, we understand that in some cases a product may need to be returned. Please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be requested after the customer has physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but products must not show signs of wear or use.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact us within 30 days after receiving their order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are fully paid by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges related to the return shipment

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Responsibility & Liability

Sophie & Marc Toronto is not responsible for packages that are lost after tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information during checkout. Any address errors or changes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
